Put 1 or 2 doses in cupped palm and gently massage on the face, neck. Apply every morning and evening directly onto a well cleansed and toned skin. Follow with appropriate Sothys cream.
As a Home Care Treatment: for 2-3 weeks, apply morning and evening. After treatement, it can be used for maintenance or prevention, when necessary.
