Domestic Shipping
There is a shipping charge of $4.95 on orders of under $100 - with some exceptions. Shipping is free for orders of $100 or over.
Please Note: We ship by Priority Mail. So if you have a Post Office Box, that is the best shipping address to use.
Shipping is by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Your carrier will leave a note if you are not at home (unless you have an understanding with him/her to leave your packages). Priority mail normally takes four business days or fewer coast-to-coast. However, all we can do is entrust your package to the US Mail system. Thank you for being understanding if it takes a little longer than expected. Express mail is no longer available.
International Shipping
We no longer ship overseas. This is because of unreliable mail service, unpredictable customs procedures, and widespread credit card fraud. If you want to place an international order, please email first (except noted exceptions).
Expedition
In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours (except for weekends), but please allow 10-14 business days to receive your product. If there is going to be a substantial delay, we'll email you, providing your email address is valid.
Telephoning
All our coordinates are on our home page. If you have the choice, please e-mail rather than telephoning. If we are with a salon customer or on the other line, we can't pick up the phone. But we check the e-mail often.
Return Policy:

All claims (wrong items, damaged goods, price mistakes, etc.) must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of goods, no exceptions.

No returns or credits after 30 calendar days, no exceptions.

All returns, exchanges and store credits must be pre-approved by lavandou.com (877-421-4747).

Shipping charges will not be credited unless items were shipped incorrectly by Lavandou.com.

All pre-approved returns must be returned in the same condition they were shipped, and in the original container with packing material to protect the product.
